Seems V5.3.0_150513 wont let me connect telnet, even when enable the Chinese option boxes in the web interface. Ah well wasted day then! Downgrader doesn't work on DS-2CD3132F-IW. But it is recoverable, just put the right .dav from (DS-2CD3XX2 Chinese IPC_R0_CN_STD_5.3.0_150513.zip) file back...

is it possible to read the firmware off a working camera? would be nice to help everyone out with the same 2CD3132 problem.

I tried that whoslooking, It uploads the file fine but never reports 'system update completed' On reboot wont come back up.

I have been unable to find where to down load the old filmware for that model, only the new. http://www1.hikvision.com/cn/download_more_714.html#prettyPhoto browsing in goggle translate window. and copy link for the files.

I have a 3132f-iw which I have not touched yet. If someone could tell me how I could copy the firmware off it and send you a copy to see if you can get it going again?

Hi Guys, Going back to post #183 I also have some similar 2CD3132F-IW with firmware v5.30_150513 year 11/2015. I did the TFTP downgrade but never got a system update complete message. The device still appears in SADP but cant get to the page in the web browser...
