So BI detects, image is uploaded to the cloud for processing. Then if a match (for human activity in this example) is met, a notification is then sent. So how long realistically would that end-to-end process take to justify using the Sentry solution for real-time monitoring? Or maybe it's not...

Okay, I tried 4.0.0.14 and direct-to-disk without re-encoding is now working again.

Based on your set-up, I would go on the outside of the fascia because the camera is white and matches the white of your facia. From a distance it would blend in better (with the exception of the lens area).
