I had the same issue. v4001 doesn't recognise my cameras (IPC-HDW4631EM-ASE updated to latest firmware) The latest I NVR firmware I can upgrade to with the cameras working is DH_NVR4XXX-4KS2_MultiLang_V4.000.0000001.5.R.191218.- neb84
