that was my first guess. but i've set the options to default in the ocd menu and those two settings kept getting changed in the xvr i tried to set the exposure and automatically variable settings to manual and after some random time the same happened -

whenever i change these two settings for my cam on my xvr (XVR5x08-I2) to tweak the image quality they always get overwritten after some time with some random values other parmaters seem to stick just fine
