I had a similar thing happen when windows decided to change my internal second hard drive to E: instead of D:. My DVD drive is now D: - go microsoft! I record to C: my SSD drive and move them to stored on D: or well... now E: So, It might be windows that changed the Drive ID and not BI.

IE doesn't support h.264 streaming - try chrome - so much better for this interface

I had a similar problem - in live view I saw the same person in 2 different rooms which prompted me to look into it. Once camera stream was about a minute or two behind. It is not happening now, but I did make a bunch of changes - upgraded BI, downgraded video driver, rebooted PC to name a few...

I have tried setting rtsp with rtsp back channel, I have tried checking box for alternate ports RTP/UDP 7000, it didn't work so I put it back to 64 kbps G.711 u-law. I'm not very familiar with the codecs in the security world.

I've read the help files but I must be dense. I can't find how to get two way audio working on the Amcrest Pro-HD cameras. There are so many of these cameras out there - how can this is so obscure.

Sorry, noob here. Where do I downloand them from which website? I just have it update automatically. With this version there is a lot of ghosting and problems with the recordings and I want to revert back. Is there a repository of all the older versions? Thanks!
