    You must be in a pretty sweet spot in relation to the tower. I have been using TMHI since the early days. I jumped on their $25.00/month promo when it came out later and had two lines for awhile. I waited the appropriate amount of time and then cancelled my $50.00/month line. I love TMHI.

    Clearing out the plugins worked for me. I only have this firmware on one of my 4K T cams. It's been working fine since I cleared plugins and re-installed.

    I actually run two of my most important cameras at 15FPS/15 i-frame. It's the two in my home. So I don't doubt your logic and actually use it on a small scale. The difference between you and me is that you want a solid screen capture of a perps face and I want a beautiful smooth flowing video...

I always thought it was odd that people neuter their nice cameras to appease Blue Iris and to get that perfect shot of a "perp".     I bought three of Andy's S3 cams and noticed the same pulsing. If I double the i-frame setting (ex: 15fps, 30 i-frame) the pulsing goes away......even keeping the bitrate low. And like the OP said, running 15fps, 15 i-frame and upping the bitrate seems to stop/slow it down. In my case I only...
