    Is CodeProject.AI done?

This is my biggest complaint about CPAI, usually it's a cat or dog marked as a bear. Or rain marked as a person. But it does significantly cut down on false alerts when NOTHING is there. But you get what you pay for and since CPAI is free, it is what it is.

I researched this ad neasium when I was buying almost 2 years ago. My criteria was no drive belts and had to fit 3 normal size adults in the front seat. The only thing on the market was a kubota 1100c or honda pioneer. After testing fitment in both ended up buying the honda pioneer 1000-5...

Blueiris setup with port forwarding issues- need some help

Do not port forward BI , there are about a billion vpn options out there and then you don't have the risk of exposing your systems to the raw internet.

CodeProject.AI Server ver 2.8.0 install issue?

I just did the same thing going from 2.6 to 2.8 and found it was missing a dot net dependency and would not start. Check the windows event log, will have a link to download the dependency.

I have a camera under attack. How are they doing this?

Again, ditch the port forwarding and use a vpn. Lots of options there and eliminates this from happening again.

I have a camera under attack. How are they doing this?

There isn't much you can do as long as that port is still open. Close the port and use a vpn instead, won't have this issue

    Frame Bottleneck error

Windows updates hit the system overnight and it went back to doing what it was doing. I started uninstalling the 3 updates that installed and found that October 8, 2024—KB5044285 (OS Builds 22621.4317 and 22631.4317) - Microsoft Support was the culprit.

    Frame Bottleneck error

I looked closer at the router but from the stats I saw it doesn't appear to be any issues with that. I also turned off all the IDS/IPS running on it and also tried adding exemptions for this type of traffic without success. I also ran wireshark on the BI server to see if I was seeing a bunch...

    Frame Bottleneck error

I have a multi layered network. I have a router(meraki) feeding two downstream switches(cisco) The cameras are all on their own vlan on multiple switches, and there are firewall rules on the router to only allow blue iris in/out of that vlan. I will investigate the networking closer

    Frame Bottleneck error

    Frame Bottleneck error

I recently started getting a lot of choppy viewing in UI3 and in the console, thought it might have been related to the latest updates, but the issue is still there after reverting. Its been going on for a couple of weeks. In looking at the camera status I am seeing Frame Bottleneck warnings...

    Writing to two HDs

    Writing to two HDs

I'm not sure what your requirements actually are or if all of what you've said is just wants. However if your requirements are actually that stringent you can't cheap out on stuff and use thunderbolt. You need a real San or Nas, and use 2 of them for redundancy/back up. Use iscsi to connect...

    Chainsaws (Gas/Battery/Corded)???

Gas. Battery powered saws are not even close to the durability or power as a gas one. I have a stihl ms390 to cut 15 cords of wood a year for heating, it has only needed normal wear items for 15 years.

Arlo has a cellular one that works well. It can be paired with a solar panel. I know arlo is frowned up on this forum but I have one at my cabin for the same purpose and it works well for what I need.

How can I keep the spiders from sabotaging my driveway cam?

I do a similar thing when they get bad and it helps. But mostly switching from bullet to turret style cams cut down on most of the issues.
