I dont believe there is any NVR's out there that can handle 16 cams at full res. Maybe would have to go to a 32 channel which would get very expensive.

also be aware that with 16 cameras and that NVR you are going to run out of bandwith at the NVR. I ended up getting a core I7 latest gen to handle it as the NVR could not.

I went with cat 7 with my recent install. prices there have fallen and its simply future proofing. with 4k camera on the horizon (while pricing may take some time) the extra bandwith is worth the minimal difference in price.

boy I went with Cat 7 when I updated my system, would so love to try this but hard to bite with 7FPS.

yes it does, they offer it with just a pigtail and also with the ac cord for a slight up charge

finally got my last one up and it shows you how strong these are. this was another artifact disaster with just the hik IR. Absolutely spot on now with exceptional night time viewing !!!!!!!!!!!

these are two watt led lights hence the power to really illiuminate an area quite well. I think a battery powered unit just wouldnt be strong enough to give the results most people want

the spread on these are pretty wide so you might be able to cover two cams with one light depending on location. Thats a money saver :)

correct they have a sensor to turn on and off. I also put a timer on my PSU as well.

you can buy them with our without power supply (wall wart) In this case I am using a 12v 9 port PSU
