Oh really.. yeah we got heavy rain and the cameras now filled up halfway with water and they don’t want to replace it so I was hoping it was because of poor installation ..thank you for your response

Hi all, I’m hoping someone might know this answer. When Vivint installed our cameras, they didn’t place caulk around the top base that is connected to the outside of house.. rain got into our camera, could that have been because it wasn’t properly sealed? If not, any ideas why? Thank you for any...
