well, no they do not. but if you are looking to engage all 4 poe, get 8. bandwidth will satisfy 4 x4mp cameras. if you go for 4 ports it might not. price difference is not so great. i have now upgraded to 7716ni i4. bandwidth was not good enogh on 7608 for my 6 cams ... Sent from my SM-G935F...

Look in the release notes (PDF file usualy in the same folder as the firmware). If latest version has no PDF, look in the previous version. Models are listed there. So you know 100%!

You know the score with the Chinese cameras? Firmware problems... Same for NVR... If you want easier life, get localized cameras and units. I did to avoid firmware compatibility. Without knowing what you are keeping an "eye on", no one can recommend you the lenses. You chosen NVR does not...

Got it. Mask is standard 255.255.255.0 but had to static route all range of the 192.168.254.0 network segment, including NVR and camera in question. Everything now works. Thanks again for pointing in the right direction! Result: NVR emailed pictures are 704x480, camera pictures 2048x1536...

Thanks for directing to this thread. Still not that detailed, got the principle, but i am not strong on Static route settings. Can not understand what values of net-mask and metric should be.

I have NVR 7608NI/I2 with minidome 2CD2532F-IS. NVR emailing very low resolution pictures, i want my camera to email the alerts, as it can be setup to a lot higher resolution. Any help appreciated. Thanks guys. P.S. all the settings on the camera's email settings are the same as on the NVR...
