Thanks all I do it all, test file goes to my ftp but not image ! I do same thing with Axis for 3 years now and everything is fine with that ,just want to try cheaper cameras ! -

latest firmware for 2CD-4312
latest firmware on hikvision usa is 5.3.0 but i saw another 4312 with newest frimware ! where can i download it?!
