Management VLAN as 1 was the access problem. Setting to 11 fixed the issue.

Tested on a Netgear GS108Ev3. Q802.1 basic doesn’t support trunk lines. So staying with Q802 advanced. Not sure what Doug was doing that I don’t need to.
