After a new install of BI I can't get the UI3 to work (viewing BI on PC on same network). Anybody with a solution to this problem?

My hdd for video recording crashed last month and I was able to recover a lot of video files which I want to transfer to my new drive. My new drive has a standard BI setup (folder names) My question is -how do I get Blue Iris to recognize these older video clips? I can't see any of them in...

BIT has been unable to connect to Weather Undergroud for the last 2-3 weeks. It's been working perfectly up until it stopped working for some reason. Any help would be appreciated.

I' I'm not trying to update to version 5. I just want the latest patch for the version I paid for -which is version 4.8.6.3

I'm on BI version 4.8.6.3 64, or I used to be before I had to reinstall BI because of recurring errors. I'm trying to update from the installed version which is 4.4.2.0. It says update avaialble but nothing is downloaded. I just get this error message saying: "Update failed:2147471603".

When will part 3 of BIT become available?

I'm a little confused by this and need some help here. I'd like each camera to have its own folder but I'm not quite sure how to enter this name in the Record tab of camera. Which one will create a folder named Garage: &CAM.Garage or Garage.&CAM ? Couldn' find any help here in the forum about this.

Clip storage changes radically from one day to the next for some reason.You cna check the new clip storage I uploaded now against the previous on. I have not changed anything since we last discussed these problems. Now again BI deletes files after a little while. I have no recordings older than...
