I was on 5.0.8 I believe earlier today, but saw there were updates, so I did them a few hours ago, up to 5.0.10 (which was when I noticed this issue), but just saw 5.0.11 came out not long ago, so I had installed that now about 10-15 minutes ago.

I am not sure exactly what is going on. I went to look at some footage from earlier today, and two cameras were giving "BVH Error" in the i3 web view. I went to look at the actual BI instance and saw huge gaps of missing stuff (should be recording all the time) The timeline in the shot below...
