motion detection with SmartPSS & PC-NVR

Hi, I am running SmartPSS, PC-NVR, and 4x IPC-HFW1320S cameras. Right now its configured to only record to PC-NVR when a camera trips motion detection. My problem is that when one camera detects motion, it starts recording from all 4 cameras. I only want it to record from the camera that is...

cannot turn on/power on Dahua IPC-HFW1320S

The back of the camera says 12V 0.5A/POE. I've tried a 12V 1.0A power source, a 15V 0.8A POE injector, and a 24V 0.5A POE injector. None of them seem to do anything.
