I have connected 2 DVR using hik connect to my ivms-4200. when I go to remote play back there is not date mark with red triangle mark on the dates. But I can view the footage by selecting dates. Any one can tell me how can I get that red mark indicators to my dates. I have attached the image.

Hi there, I have iDS-7116HQHI-M1 / S model DVR (firmware V4.71.400 build 230723). There is recording showing all the cameras when login to the DVR. But some of cameras recording can't view through the Hik connect app. Im using the latest Hik connect app (6.2.18.0229). Is any one face this...
