Hi, I have DS-KH6350-TE1(fw V2.2.20 build 230601) with DS-KV8113-WME1 door unit installed within same LAN, on the same PoE switch, fixed IP addresses. Tested, paired, linked to HikConnect cloud, all good. Almost every day I need to reset DS-KH6350-TE indoor unit since it looses intercom...
