@fenderman: Thanks for the correction. I changed it to 25 as well.

@fenderman Thanks for the help. You are correct in that the frame rate of the camera was 25 whereas BlueIris was set to 27.5. Both are now 25. I also increased the buffer from 3mb to 20mb. Thanks for your help!
