Annke wz500 it's installed outside so hard to get to it. Annke told me to use a different app from theirs lifestyle? But it requires you to scan into the lens and if possible I'd rather find a fix before going to the hassle of borrowing ladders and stuff thanks

Hi Tony yeah I have unplugged it a few times and when it starts it's showing the right time for about 15 seconds then it changes to the wrong time ?

Just the camera dvr is set to correct time and showing on the 3 bnc cameras

Can anyone help as annke customer services suck. I have 4 cameras 3 bnc and 1 poe ptz camera on the dvr the bnc cameras are showing the correct time but the poe is 1 hour out and nothing seems to get it correct. The dvr is set to ntp time but obviously this camera is not using the dvr time have...
