Hik-vision Password will not reset.
Yesterday I sent xml files to Hikvision, the first 3 worked fine, the next 3 didn't work. tried the input file and input key methods. tried on 3 different computers which are set to both IP ranges. This morning I sent them another fresh export and the same thing again, "FAILED TO RESET PASSWORD...
