alerts not loading
When I try to open an alert from the left side column, I get only a black screen with "loading" on it ... it never loads anything, even when I'm connected on wireless. Any suggestions?. Thank you. -

Compro IP550
Blue Iris is working well with my old Compro IP 540; PTZ, zoom, all functioning. Yersterday I bought a Compro IP 550 -basically a IP 540 with a slightly larger sensor- and I saw that the zoom function is not working from Blue Iris. Any ideas? Thank you.- rzvnx
