Blue Iris issues on Virtual Machine

I have had no issues with the VM for some time now. When this first became an issue, it was an issue with BI version 4 because it was very new. That was fixed with an update they released and it has been solid ever since. I am still running v4 on a Windows 8 VM, no issues at all. Hope that helps....

Blue Iris issues on Virtual Machine

Bingo fenderman, that was it. An issue with v4 on VM's. I have installed v3 on the same VM and BI is not crashing when viewing clips in the web server. I have v4 running on a separate physical machine that is not experiencing any issues, so this must be an issue with BI v4 running on VM's...

    Foscam 8910 Wireless issues

Appreciate the responses so far. Yes, it is an older home, built in the late 30's and unfortunately running ethernet POE is not an option. That would be ideal, but it's just not feasible unless I want to tear my walls down and start from scratch. I have one neighbor that is fairly close to my...

    Foscam 8910 Wireless issues

Hello all, I have an issue with my home Wireless IP cams and am curious if anyone can lend their knowledgeable opinions my way. To go over it briefly, I have a dedicated machine running Win7 that runs Blue Iris Software for my home security cameras. It is an HP with an Intel Dual Core @ 3GH...

Blue Iris Tools - Weather Overlay, Watchdog & more!

I love BIT, thank you so much for creating this tool for us. One thing I would love to see in BIT is the ability to see the frames per second for each camera on the network. Because my cameras are wireless, they sometimes have connectivity issues and signal is lost. When this happens (or when...
