I have a hikvision 2342 that I installed a while back that I need to adjust direction and I forgot how the ring comes off to loosen the screws and move it. Anyone know how it comes off? It's cold as hell in MN so I don't want to spend a bunch of time outside on the ladder. Thanks.

I have my new NVR and camera hooked up and have the NVR outputting to my TV via HDMI, however, it's only outputting 4:3? I don't know if it's an issue with the camera or NVR. I've scoured the settings, but can't find any way to change output resolution. Please help

I'd like to keep my new NVR and camera separate from my personal network. It's not a concern for speed, it's just to keep my personal network safe from malware or other attacks. How is this accomplished? Are there ways to partition off my router? Thanks

There is a 4 camera night owl system at Costco for $300. The way I understand it is it's HD analog as opposed to the digital ip cams. On the box, it lists that it's 2mp equivalent. 4 cams should cover my whole property. I'm mainly worried about night vision. Obviously it's not going to do as...
