I flashed by EZVIZ to Hikvision and use the Hik-Connect app. I can no longer get my chime to sound when the doorbell is pressed. This happened before and I had to use the ezviz app since it had a settings to select the chime. Now that hikvision and ezviz are separate logins, I can no longer...

Well today my rca died completely. I get no power to the device when I press the reset button. Tested the wires with a multimeter and am getting 20v. Anything I can try or is it time to buy a new one?

Do you know what the default username and password is? SADP Tool won’t activate. I get a timeout error when I try. Do I have to do a full reset on it first?

As soon as I connect to the wifi on the camera and then click back over to the app it just sits at the screen in the above picture. I have tried resetting it multiple times and everytime I back out of that screen the spinning wheel stops.

That hikivsion doorbell is the one I wanted, but decided not to wait any longer and try this RCA one. I don't think I have a voltage issue as the camera powers up and the lights flash/ the voice talks to me (very loud by the way. I was doing it at night and I am sure it woke up the neighbors...

I doubt I need a new transformer. This is a new construction house and others in the neighborhood installed the nest doorbell and ring pro without replacing the transformer. I will try and check the voltage when I get home tonight.

I installed the power pack that came with it. Should I check with a volt meter how much power i am getting? What should be the minimum?
