Me too. Axis 212 PTZ (Firmware 4.49) This: rtsp:/root:pass@192.168.1.66/mpeg4/media.amp?latest ...works in VLC no problem, and even goes "online" in NVR (Tiandy) but the image is black and camera isn't listed in the list of camera channels for further video configuration. PS: It's double...
