    do I need a power supply for the Doorbell as well ? because I am powering it with POE and only use the external supply for the striker. No I tried N.C. and Com and no voltage whatsoever when i hit door unlock...

    yes I do use an external power supply but still no luck. The door unlock button seem to not let the No1 slot to release the voltage
