Yeah tried that a dozen times... nothing. Even tried different camera apps the try the same and nothing. Ezviz support not helping either :(

Is there a way to test if the power kit is still functional? All the sudden my mechanical chime stopped working and I even tried a new one. Also I have a 24v 40va transformer, is that too much?

What app did you end up setting it up in? I've tried both hikconnect and ezviz and the chime won't work. I even got a new chime to make sure and nothing. Thanks

@hmjgriffon I was able to get bi to run in wnr, currently not. It's good if u have a dedicated machine for bi instead of an nvr machine
