Hi I have a Hikvision 7608NI-K2/8P. Firmware V3.4.101 build 180904. Encoding version v5.0 build 180903 I want to record a time-lapse (one photo every 30 minutes for 7 days). I cannot find any way in the settings to do this. Is it possible? Can anyone help me out? Many thanks

I am using hikvision 7608n NVR. Playback works it's just too slow which I am assuming is a bandwidth issue as I guess it is trying to play in high resolution which is totally unnecessary on the mobile phone...

Hi I have a 7608N with 2 hikvision cameras (one dome one bullet). Everthing is working fine on the home network in terms of viewing and playback. On the mobile the live stream works fine (and is clearly on a reduced resolution) but when I try to playback footage it takes 4 or 5 seconds to play...

OK, I feel a bit stupid but have sorted it. The default setting for sensitivity on my machine is 0 which doesn't pick up anything. As soon as I changed that it worked fine :) thanks all.

Hi all, I had managed to get recording by setting it to 'continuous' instead of motion detection but I now want to set it up for motion detection and when I do it doesn't record anymore. Any ideas or suggestions from anyone? It records fine under continuous and all I did was change the schedule...
