Under the NVR config, Network/Advanced Settings / Other. This will allow you to connect directly to the camera using the NVR's ip with a specific port for each camera ( usually 65001, 65002, etc). Mostly needed if you segregate your IP cams on a different subnet directly connected to the NVR.
