Windows defender tends the block new executables like this until its see it enough times globally. If you feel it is safe just click the more info and you should be able to install it. Otherwise give it a week and defender should stop blocking it.

As vision asked I wonder if it’s just liveview. What type of device are you playing it back on. 8mbs of 4mp h265 might be to much for the playback device. I run some of mine at the same settings but h264 and have no problem on my laptop, iPad or iPhone XS with it being jerky. Thanks

What FPS are you recording at. If it’s something like 5-10 FPS it’s going to look jerky.

I have not used the older model as I recently switched over from some older Axis cameras. I was amazed at the new ones with how good day and night quality was. They stay in color with only a little white light on where my old cameras struggled with B&W.
