Thanks! Just a reminder for anyone who wants to try, the Makefile script looks for 'libavnetsdk.so' file at '../dahuasdk' folder. Put it there before you run 'make', and put the libavnetsdk.so file in your library path after the binary is built and placed in user / system path.

Hi Nayr, Thanks for the node module! It seems like now the IP Camera is using Digest auth, and the node module only deals with basic auth. Was there a plan to address the digest auth? Or was there some other way to force the basic auth? TIA!

Opps. I just found out that the timezone was set wrong on this camera... ( strange, I thought I have it set to PDT.. ) However, the same sympton still shows on other camera which have the timezone set right. Was there something else I need to do about the SMTP time zone setting?
