Tried that and the image still remains blurry. The only thing that made a "bit" of a difference was to decrease the camera's aperture right before screen goes dark. Pretty sure it's a lens misalignment issue.

Installed this cam yesterday and I'm disappointed with the quality at full zoom. Cannot get a sharp image -- it's as if there's an alignment issue with the lenses. Zoomed out, the picture is fine.

Did you try adjusting the IR Light? Camera / Conditions / IR Light / (You have NearLight & FarLight adjustments.)
