Ok, update... Last night I loaded the app on my wife's phone which is the same model as mine and it worked! So as a last ditch effort, I deleted the app from my phone once again and reloaded it from the Play store and it started working. -

When you say that you changed settings on the phone, do you mean in the BI app or the settings of the phone itself? -

Just logged in to say I have the exact same issue on a Moto X Pure and Android 6.0. Has anybody identified the problem with the Motorola phones yet?
