Would you mind sharing your Rule Config for the Target Filter Max/Min size, and Tracking Target Size Ratio? I'm trying to figure this out and you have shed some light into this because my tracking used to go zoom in, them literally look up the sky and straight down like the camera literally...

I ran about 10 feet of Cat5e with power AND audio to the mic, with this power supply I have crystal clear sound. I was nervous about power running alongside it, but the cat5e did it's job!

For others coming to this thread looking for a solution for the loud hum/feedback/ground loop, I had the exact same sound posted in the video earlier, and I was wired 100% correct for the beginning. I tried 5 different power supplies, different outlets etc... Finally one of my power supplies...

That's interesting, I didn't know the camera needed to be "Licensed" for auto tracking to work... I bought a couple off eBay and updated firmware from Dahua's product page... wondering if I could be getting a better experience from my cams (See below) How can I verify that' i'm using the right...

@jmcu that is so awesome, and is EXACTLY what I needed to see to know that this would not work for situation. It's a shame because having something like that on the side of my house would be bad-ass, but its' going to be only 10' high, and right at a busy corner of where we entertain outside...

Thanks @jmcu! I'm also wondering if the IR lights are visible like they are on the non laser versions where you can see the RED dots... I'm thinking it may not be noticeable unless the laser is pointed right at your face... maybe i'm wrong.

@jmcu how would you compare the noise the SD10A makes compared to the SD59? Did you happen to take a video with sound of it moving around? Thanks!

Does anyone have video of the noise this camera makes when moving? I noticed the SD59 was pretty loud, does this have the same noise, or is it quieter? Any video examples would be great if someone has time. Thanks in advance!

When you zoomed in on that meter, was that the full 25x zoom of your camera?

Thanks for the info, it may be less hassle in the future to just run shielded cat6 outside... I'll probably do that... now i'm just trying to decide if the extra $$ is worth going for the 30x vs. the 25x...

Has anyone used the Wireless version of this? I'm thinking of getting it... I use Ubiquity Access Points and have very strong wifi coverage but I was wondering if this is constantly using bandwidth which may not be desireable.
