I have 5.2.5 and the only time I had a lock out is when something locked out the account due to too many password attempts. I was playing with different vms things and they weren't configured right and would keep hitting the camera and lock out the account.

I have connected 2 of the 5 2732 domes I got from them. I have a 192.168.1. internal network. I plugged one in, found it using the iVMS-4200 software, connected and changed the IP address using that. All good.

I just got 5 DS-2CD2732F-IS cameras from China and they are English (they have CCCH in the serial). Version 5.2.5. From what I'm reading, even though they are in English, I would benefit from this service so that, in the future, I can upgrade to the "English" version of the firmware?

That could be it, I do indeed only have 1 camera. Just using a cheap Foscam while I wait for the "good" cameras to come in. If that note was in the thread, I apologize.

In IE 11 and lastest Chrome, it hangs "Loading Clip List... Busy". I also can't view clips on the android app, so the problem may not be specific to your this updated ui. I don't have any clips. I had 2 but deleted them.

Re: Good source to buy Hikvision items at. I would be interested in a catalog and price list. I'm also looking specifically for DS-1256ZJ, the wall mount bracket for the DS-2CD2732F-I(S). I don't think the brackets for others fit?
