My DB1C doorbell is not sending audio to Blue Iris (v5.6.2.3). I have it set up as a Generic/ONVIF device, and the video stream is fine. I have also enabled the audio channel. Audio works fine in the EZViz Android app. Any ideas??

I just upgraded the firmware on my DB1C to v5.3.0. build 230403 and it seems to have broken the ONVIF stream that I was using in Blue Iris. Can anyone advise on how I can fix this, or alternatively how I can undo the firmware update?

I've been using a light bulb V380 Pro camera with Blue Iris v5 for a year or so. It drops offline from time to time, but a power cycle usually fixes it. Now however I am getting "Error 8000274f (Failed to connect) 0" in Blue Iris, even though the camera is still viewable in the V380 Pro Android...

The console is showing all of the hidden and/or disabled cams. I'm not quite sure why. The "Group Settings" option in UI3 worked - thanks!

Thanks for the reply. I think I only pull the main stream in BI - i.e. in the BI Stream profiles I have "/" set for the main stream, and have left the textbox for the Sub stream blank. Both are set to "(default)" in the dropdown list however (see screenshot in next post)

It can connect to either - it's configurable in the app (under the settings for the chime). But in order to use the RTSP stream in Blue Iris it needs to be connected to the router/AP
