I would not recommend version (4.4.1) they were having issues with that version .. freezing problem on clear mode ..only Support continue live feed on fluent mode..but if it works for you is ok.. enjoy

I'm having the same issue with the ivms4500 mine only shows one channel and then going off was working fine this morning ... tried to contact hikvision Support usa via email ... nothing yet..oh well guess I will have to download an old version .. already tried guardian vision and it doesn't...
