This firmware works on some of the cameras, but not on others. All cameras are Loryta IPC-T2431T-AS that I bought through your store on Amazon. Thus I will need the updated version of the "old" firmware (so confusing, same model number, but different firmware as they were 2019 production batches.)

An Andy, I have the older firmware and the new firmware version of the Loryta IPC-T2431T-AS. Can you please post the latest firmware for both version in the same reply, so that we are sure we get them in one place? thanks

Even today Amazon is selling the old version of the camera: I purchased a number of them from Amazon in the last 2 weeks and I had to load the firmware from the 2019 batches

I just purchased the camera (Loryta IPC-T2431T-AS 3.6mm) from Andy's store on Amazon, and I can't upgrade. Is the firmware listed in the word file at the top of this thread the correct one?
