If you are NOT using ivs rules go to settings/ptz/function/intelligence/auto track set to enable then set duration camera should stay with object for the time you set then return to preset. If using IVS rules (you need to make your own rules) then set alarm track to whatever time you want. I'm...

Just a quick reminder if your messing with settings and you turn on smart codec your ivs rules will no longer be working and the rules icon in camera web live view will not be there, I vaguely remember it being brought up but couldn't find anything, took 2 hrs to figure out :smash:

a little old post but was having issues with 1 4k hikvision and 2 sd59925 cameras using edge with ie plug in and even Mozilla and chrome had some plug in issues I downloaded pale moon and wham all 3 camers worked beautifully, on 4k had to use built in vlc meadia player but it works great thanks

Update If you choose off blc or hlc in backlight setting it will work as it should but if you hit wdr it whites out and changing to any different exposure will fix it, now I just lost complete picture trying reboot now, ok pictures back. Updates are Like rolling the dice! Also eis won’t engage...

Just updated found a bug, if you adjust switch to wdr picture will white out and shutting it off or trying other settings will not fix it you have to change exposure to manual and change shutter speed to reset it or reboot on my camera anyway

Lens initializing doesn’t help

Biggest issue I have with November fw was constant refocusing every couple seconds day or night and unable to focus at 20ish zoom and higher in bw night mode
