I just recently got a HDBW4431R-ZS and which BI was able to detect and setup my camera with ease but PTZ is not working on the camera within the program. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I am planning on using blue iris for a surveillance setup for a restaurant. I was wondering what would be better, installing blue iris on a main HD and then have it all the video clips record onto a WD purple, or to put the application itself onto a WD purple? Thanks
