    The WizMind series NVR32CH-8XI has it and now the front panel looks ruined. Honestly, I’m really frustrated and upset after spending so much money on these products. While the NVR CPU seems solid, the build quality feels questionable and the quality control is terrible.

    I tested it after reading your comment, but nothing worked. Logically, if the overlay can display on one device or application, it should work the same on others as well.

    I tried to look closely at the camera lens but I couldn’t see anything that looks abnormal or out of place. But I’ll definitely try using a flashlight when I get home from work to see if that helps with a stuck iris or any other issues. Thanks for the suggestion!

    1. A stuck IR-cut filter blocking light, or 2. A faulty/dead image sensor. Given the symptoms, it’s most likely a sensor failure and the camera needs replacement.
