Okay I'll do that. Well perhaps something got corrupted in the config then and the Chinese characters is how it was displayed by the WebUI. There was also an account in there named "%s" I don't recall creating that one either.

I deleted the user and have disabled the web UI for my Blue Iris. I am assuming someone found and leveraged a vulnerability in the BI 4.x web UI and used it to create the account because I know I didn't and it wasn't there a week or two ago. Anyone else had this problem? I am going to review...
