pyronix was a own company. now hikvision bought them. maybe you ask your dealer about these questions. maybe this will work in the future because on the pyronix website you dont find any cameras to buy

just plug the nvr out and ping again. if you get an answer somebody/something is using the nvr ip. and when you give the nvr a fixed address then it will not show up in the dhcp list

If you look at the data sheet of the NVR you will find out that you have 4 inputs and 1 output. So you can connect your alarm system directly to the NVR if 4 inputs are enough for you...

A 960p camera is normally capable of a resolution of 960x480 pixels, and 720p camera normally of 1280x720 pixels. So I think something is really wrong with your settings in the camera or in the CMS. Can you post some pictures of the configuration?

Hello Steve, dont use a fish eye camera. Take a camera with 2.8mm fixed lens, Hikvision for example and mount them in one of the corners of your garage. The field of view should be around 100 degree which is mostly enough. If you have a synology nas they support the hikvision cameras very well...
