When accessing the system via the app are you hitting the ip address of you router and going to a specific port? At my house I have two settings one for home and one for away. The home one i hit the ip address of the NVR itself, the away mode I hit my external ips ip and a specific port.

I am using Hikvision ip cams, NVR, and iVMW-4500 app. I can hear the audio fine when I am watching playback or steaming live from internet explorer. But I have no audio when i am watching live through the app. Can ya'll help me out? Thanks
