My IVS sends me an e-mail message snapshot when it activates on: Alarm Event: Tripwire. This is great. Then I get a second one: Alarm Event: TripwireStop, How do I disable this second one?

Mine just came with PAL ver Date March 2018. I went looking for the NTSC with the same date but only found March and November from 2017 on both Dahua Technologies sites. If someone comes across March or later from this year please post a link.
