FYI - Some local Costco B&M have a Lorex / Dahua OEM 4K 6x camera kit and 8 port NVR for $800

Just an FYI...With the max recommended size 6TB hard drive, running 8 cameras with continuous 24/7 recording on all 8 channels at 4K resolution, 15FPS and with H.265 compression, I am able to store 296 hours (12.3 days) of video archive. Better than I expected.

FYI - Some local Costco B&M have a Lorex / Dahua OEM 4K 6x camera kit and 8 port NVR for $800

Didn't take photos of the steps, but it couldn't be easier... Tools needed: Xacto knife. Jeweler size phillips-head screwdriver. Found the lens from a seller on eBay. He even made a special listing. Search LNB8005 lens. Don't do the "buy-it-now", make an offer. He also has different...

FYI - Some local Costco B&M have a Lorex / Dahua OEM 4K 6x camera kit and 8 port NVR for $800

FYI - Some local Costco B&M have a Lorex / Dahua OEM 4K 6x camera kit and 8 port NVR for $800

After several frustrating hours, I finally figured out how to configure the old Lorex 1080p camera with the 12MM lens to my new NVR. After plugging in the old camera into the NVR I went to the "remote device" tab. There I clicked on "device search" and the camera came up with a local IP and...

FYI - Some local Costco B&M have a Lorex / Dahua OEM 4K 6x camera kit and 8 port NVR for $800

Thank you for the suggestions. I am unable to get my old POE1080p Lorex camera to show up by just plugging it in. I get a time out warning with an IP address. I tried to modify the device menu, but I don't know what settings to change to get it to connect. After messing with it I was able to...

FYI - Some local Costco B&M have a Lorex / Dahua OEM 4K 6x camera kit and 8 port NVR for $800

Just purchased this 4K set to replace a 2MP 1080p Lorex set. Big difference in image quality, especially when connected to a 4K monitor. The NVR is different from the previous version so there is a learning curve. I was disappointed at first, but it's amazing what you learn when you actually...
