Currently have an nvr connected with a wifi dongle. The Nvr connects to a davado router which is wifi tethered to a telstra modem. I can connect to it through hik-connect & ivms on 4g but if the power goes out it won't reconnect. "Platform Access offline " If I change the dns it comes back...

I found an old pc psu, super quiet only downside was had no poe support, managed to get a 3-35v to 12-60v converter and ran off 12v rail of psu. Quietest hikvision nvr ever
