i finally solved this out. it seems that gmail is blocking the smtp for cameras. I am using sendinblue website. its an smtp server that allows you to send out 300 emails per day for free. create an account and use the smtp settings given to your NVR + cameras and it will work

i asked my isp to change my public ip and everything works fine now. it must have to do something with the Blacklist of my previous ip and also google must blocked me also for sending too many emails. lets see how it goes from now on. i think i will reduce somehow the notifications to avoid such...

i unlocked it but still cannot send emails out. just checked and my public ip is blacklisted in Sorbs and Spamhaus. i will try to delist and see if this has to do with the problem
