Hello, I have a Hikvision DS-9632NI-I8 NVR, and I'm having trouble setting up H.265 on the NVR, the cameras that I'm running are DS-2CD2385FWD-I, When ever i try to enable H.265 my mainstream goes blank and nothing shows up which forces me to revert back to H.264? What am i missing here?
