Hi Nhatrang. Do you know the PoE mode of the Hikvision NVR? I ask because there are 2 modes for PoE. Mode A or Mode B. Each mode apply the required voltage to different pins on the RJ45, so if the wrong mode is being fed to your Swann camera I suspect there could be serious issues. I am thinking...
